This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") clearly and unequivocally sets forth the terms and conditions for product and money refunds for goods and services purchased through the Company's operations and on the website http://aresidens.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

All Products sold by us are covered by a money-back guarantee. You have the right to cancel your order and/or return purchased Products to the Company within 3 days, without providing a reason or incurring additional costs, provided that the Products have not been used, are not damaged, the packaging is intact, all labels are attached, and their appearance has not substantially changed, i.e., only changes necessary to inspect the received Products have been made.
The right to cancel a remote contract and return Products within 3 days does not apply to legal entities (e.g., companies, entrepreneurs, or individuals purchasing Products for commercial purposes).
The provisions of this section do not limit your right to cancel services or return defective or faulty Products.

Return Conditions

  • Any Product you wish to return must be returned in its original packaging, which must not be damaged. The Product's condition must remain the same as when purchased.

  • You must ensure that the Product and its packaging are not damaged during transportation. If the returned Product does not meet these requirements, we will not accept it.

  • A request to cancel a service or return a Product must be submitted no later than 3 days.

  • If you decide to return a Product, please fill out, sign, and send the return form via email to info@aresidens.com or by registered mail to Lašupio g. 9, Dovilai, LT-96225 Klaipėdos r.

  • Upon cancellation of a service or return of a Product, provided all conditions of this Policy are met, we will refund the amount paid, excluding additional expenses incurred due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer.

  • Use your right to return Products responsibly. Note that you are liable for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from actions unnecessary to determine the nature, properties, and functionality of the Product. If the returned Product is damaged, packaging is broken, or the Product is incomplete, we will not accept the Product or refund the amount paid.

  • After returning the Product, along with the completed return form, the returned Product will be inspected. If no violations of the return conditions are identified, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you used to purchase the Product. Depending on the chosen payment method, the refund may take up to 30 days.

  • If you miss the deadlines specified in this Policy, we will not be able to process your request for a refund or return of the Product.

Defective Products

To return a defective Product, you may do so within 3 days of the Product delivery date by notifying us via email at info@aresidens.com and attaching photos or videos of the defective Product and/or package, along with a description of the defects.
In your notification about service cancellation or defective Product return, please provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Information about the defects, missing parts, or damage to the Product

  • Details of the service shortcomings

  • Proof of the Product's defects (e.g., photos or videos of the defect and, if possible, the packaging damage, etc.)

When contacting us regarding a defective Product return, please specify how you would like to resolve the issue:

  • Replace the defective Product with an identical high-quality Product

  • Apply a discount to the defective Product reflecting the decrease in value caused by the defects

  • Accept the return of the defective Product and refund the amount paid

  • Cancel the service and refund the amount paid

  • Repair the Product or otherwise rectify the defects

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in circumstances or legal requirements. When updated, the new version will be published on the website http://aresidens.com. In the case of significant changes to the Policy, we may contact you via email or inform you in another manner.
